This was a long weekend, Last two days were good workouts. Especially yesterday when I went for a evening long run of 10K in the open. At 36 degrees. 10K seemed like a 15K literally with just 300ml hydration.
Overall March was probably my best since I started about 2 years ago:
- 3,27,000 total Step
- 150.8 active kilometers (Walking + Running + Workouts)
- 2045 active minutes
