About 6 months back I deleted facebook from my phone and also made it a habit to close Facebook on my browser on my desktop before ending a session. The two changes made a lot of difference in terms of time available for learning and other meaningful stuff.
I had to later reinstall FB on my cellphone because of some reasons but I moved it to Page 5 of the phone!
But in last 6 months my FB time has gone down from about 1 hr a day to 2-3 mins a day and that too not daily. And nothing missing in life.
